Space hurricane that rained electrons spotted over the North Pole? Yes.

Scientists have recently recognized a 1,000-kilometer sensation referred to as a “space hurricane” of plasma in the Earth’s upper atmosphere. This phenomenon rained electrons over the North Pole, it originated when spatial low pressure was formed which eventually rose to rapid convection. This mind-blowing event was captured by the US military weather satellites.

Numerous exceptional scientists from the United States, Norway, the United Kingdom and China have ascertained this phenomenon by examining previous satellite observations taken in August 2014 and; analyzing them to now, they have discovered many glimpses of an enormous disturbance in the upper atmosphere of Earth. “The moniker “space hurricane” isn’t just a catchy nickname — the physics of how it formed are analogous to how “normal” hurricanes gather and focus energy in the lower atmosphere. Like their atmospheric counterparts, this space storm was instigated by an area of low pressure that gave rise to rapid convection” said Mark Zastrow, a scientific journalist. Many scientists insist that this unexpected event confirms the relationships between planets and space. “It really wasn’t expected, it wasn’t even theoretically known,” said Larry Lyons, a professor of atmospheric and oceanic sciences at the University of California (NBC News). This space hurricane occurred because of unleashed streams of plasma from the sun, also known as the solar wind. Additionally, they have discovered clouds which are filled with particles flying through space. This phenomenon can propel magnetic storms and also form staggering views of southern or northern lights. The phenomenon is not thought to endanger individuals at lower latitudes. However, it may implicate trouble for navigation and communication systems. Outstandingly, the space hurricane was swirling over the North Pole for almost 8 hours. Larry Lyons has stated that he and some of his associates are planning to carry out further studies to determine when space hurricanes of this duration and size occur.

“Until now, it was uncertain that space plasma hurricanes even existed, so to prove this with such a striking observation is incredible”. Said Professor Mike Lockwood, a space scientist from the University of Reading.
